Parent Survey

(Spring 2026)

The FASD Board is expected to revisit the school’s strategic plan later this month. Because SAC is not running a FASD-specific parent survey this year, we created this short independent survey to help gather parent perspectives while there is still time for them to be useful.

Our hope is straightforward: that families have a chance to share what they value most about FASD, where they have concerns, and what priorities should help guide the school’s future.

The survey is anonymous, independent, and should take about 8–12 minutes, depending on which path applies and how much written feedback you choose to provide.
